• Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags, and deliver it back to us using a reliable delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
• Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions. If the product is deemed eligible for the exchange, we will send you the requested item or issue you store credit for the purchase amount.
